3rd CISM World Winter Games: Press Conference & Board of Directors Meeting

SOCHI (RUS) – Today, January 24, in the framework of the 3rd CISM World Winter Games 2017 in Sochi, the official Press Conference and the Board of Directors Meeting took place in the Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Center. Early in the morning, Colonel Abdulhakeem Alshino, CISM President, Colonel Dorah Mamby Koita, CISM Secretary General, Major Guilherme Keese, Project Manager of the 3rd CISM World Winter Games, Colonel Oleg Botsman, Chief of Delegation of the Russian Federation to CISM, Anatoliy Pakhomov, Sochi Mayor and Svetlana Ishmuratova, a biathlon legend and ambassador of the Games met the Russian and International Press Representatives who were present in the greatest number.

After the welcome address of Colonel Oleg Botsman and Colonel Abdulhakeem Alshino, the 3rd CISM World Winter Games were introduced to the Press representatives who had the opportunity to ask questions to the CISM authorities.

Just after the Press Conference, the first Board of Directors Meeting in 2017 was also held in the Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Center. The meeting was led by the CISM President Colonel Abdulhakeem Alshino. During the meeting, the CISM President, the CISM Secretary General and the BoD members in attendance discussed several topics such as the President Report, the Secretary General Report, the next CISM events, finances, sports issues as well as internal topics.
