74th CISM General Assembly and Congress in Ho Chi Minh City (VIE) – Visa Procedures

BRUSSELS (BEL) – As the 74th CISM General Assembly and Congress in Ho Chi Minh City is approaching, the CISM HQ would like to brief the participants about the visa procedures requested to enter Vietnam.

Besides the information already available in the invitation file, on the web page of the Vietnamese Consular Department you can find the updated list of Exemption of Entry visa to Vietnam. Those who have any difficulties to apply for the visa to Viet Nam or cannot apply themselves and need support from Ministry of National Defence of Viet Nam shall send the ATTACHED APPLICATION FORM filled in to the Vietnamese Organizing Committee to: cism74.2019.vietnam@gmail.com who is going to assist you in the process.
