CONDITION OF STAY

 

All participants will be accommodated at:

• Erth Hotel, Abu Dhabi
• 19th April - 24th April 2024

 

Full board and lodging will be paid by the participants upon their arrival, as follows:

 

• Single room: €140 / night

• Double room: €180 / night

 

 

ATTENTION

 

• The booking for the stay must be sent by the Delegation – ANNEX 2.
• You must book your stay before the 10th of October, 2023 – ANNEX 2.
• Payment for the stay can be made by cash or by credit card in the host hotel.
• The first seventy Chiefs of Delegations/ Chiefs of Missions from active nations registered at the conference according to the Final Entry will be received by the UAE Ministry of Defence with complimentary accommodation.

 

For possible early arrivals before April 19 or late departure after April 24, the same rates will be applied concerning the hotels in Abu Dhabi.

 

Unfortunately, UAE cannot provide medical care and local transportation during the extra stay.

 

Additional people will not be accepted without official written permission from the Organizers.

TRANSPORTATION

 

The cost of travel to the point of arrival in Abu Dhabi will be in responsibility of each participating mission as well as the cost of travel from the point of departure back home.

 

The transport from and back to the arrival point (Abu Dhabi / Dubai international airports to the designated hotel) will be provided by the organizer.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

In April, the average temperature in Abu Dhabi is 27°C. With highs of 33°C, you'll need to apply sun cream regularly, seek shade and stay hydrated to be safe in the sun. In the evenings, temperatures drop to a welcome 20°C.

 

CURRENCY

The dirham is the official currency of the United Arab Emirates.
