CISM secures long-term timing partnership with global leader ALGE-TIMING

BRUSSELS (BEL) - After the great success of our collaboration during the 4th CISM Cadet Games in Venezuela, CISM is pleased to announce the extension of its partnership with ALGE-TIMING, a global leader in electronic sports timing (https://alge-timing.com), for the next three years.

CISM is continuously committed to supporting its members by facilitating event organization and offering reliable, high-quality solutions through trusted partners. In this spirit, CISM and ALGE-TIMING joined forces in August 2024 to provide advanced equipment - including timing systems, starting blocks, and digital scoreboards - for the swimming competitions at the CISM Cadet Games in Venezuela. Building on this successful first collaboration, CISM and ALGE-TIMING are proud to embark on a new global partnership that will continue through 2028.

Founded in 1946, ALGE-TIMING was a family-owned business. In 2023 the Italian company Microgate invested in ALGE-TIMING and own now shares of the company. Specializing in sports timing since the 1970s, the company employs around 20 dedicated professionals, including six who focus exclusively on developing new products. ALGE-TIMING offers a comprehensive range of timing and display solutions, serving a wide array of clients - from local clubs and municipalities to stadium designers and professional timekeepers.

With representation in over 40 countries through an extensive network of independent distributors, ALGE-TIMING is a trusted name in Winter Sports, Aquatics, Equestrian, Cycling, and Athletics.
