FRANCE'S PAULINE STEIN TAKES THE LEAD IN WOMEN'S DIVISION; TEAM USA LEADS MEN AND WOMEN IN TEAM COMPETITION

 

SAN DIEGO (USA) - After an exhilarating three days of intense competition at the Admiral Baker Golf Course, France's golf sensation, Pauline Stein, has emerged as the leader in the women's division, holding a one-stroke advantage over USA's Melanie De Leon.

 

Stein showcased unwavering composure and skill on the challenging front nine, maintaining her focus despite the course's formidable challenges. Although she encountered a few obstacles and the lightning-fast greens in the latter part of the day, Stein concluded the day with an impressive even-par performance, culminating in a three-day total of one-under.

Meanwhile, the USA Women's team maintains its dominant position, boasting a commanding five-stroke lead over the formidable French contingent. Germany currently resides in the third position in the team competition rankings.

 

In the men's category, Team USA's Jacob Meloche continues to set the pace, leading the field with an outstanding score of nine-under, just one stroke ahead of France's Nicolas Muller.

Team USA Men have been relentless in their pursuit of victory, accumulating an impressive combined score of 23-under, leaving Team France trailing by a significant 18 strokes. Ireland stands firm in third place, providing stiff competition.
